In Person Classes and Events

Cat has been my teacher for almost 5 years now and I can honestly say that she has changed my life. Her ability to hold space is unbelievable. She always knows what needs to be offered and at the right time - energy work, advice, words of wisdom, practical tips, or just a safe place to share. In knowing herself so deeply, Cat has inspired me to meet and accept myself in the same way. This has then touched every aspect of my life - the way I teach, how I interact with friends/family/students/strangers, how I create and how I coexist with the natural flow of life and Universe.

I have been lucky enough to be working with Cat for a year and a half with a mix of one-to-one craniosacral /energetic work and attending her yoga retreats and trainings. I wouldn't be the same person today had I not been lucky enough to end-up in one her yin classes in Ubud. She was instrumental in helping me heal from a severe and extended episode of panic attacks and anxiety and also to understand and navigate the world of energetic sensitivities. Cat has equally played a huge part in the deepening of my yoga practice and my ability to connect to my centre, to my core. Cat has been a guide for me on so many levels and I feel lucky to have met her every day. Cat's craniosacral sessions are extremely powerful and now form part of my ongoing self-care practice. We do these sessions by Skype too and incredibly they work just as effectively. Physical sensations I have with her in person are the same during our Skype sessions. Cat holds space with such grace for all her clients and students. She is a true healer and a joy to be around.

Cat is such a powerful and gifted healer, it is hard to put into words the gratitude I feel, having experienced such a deep shift in my life - dealing with karmic and family issues to limiting beliefs and fears I held within me - unlike any other treatment I have experienced thus far. She also has such a loving and authentic presence that it was really easy to build a really trusting relationship with her and had me come back to work with her on a regular basis.
