You will be able to join in live via Zoom or receive the recording afterward to experience Play at your convenience.
Discover new ways to joyfully connect with your body. Our movement has no limits.
We’ll take a blend of various asana, dance, gyrokinesis, qigong, pilates, animal movements, and some surprises, for you to have fun with. Creating new connections with your body and moving in space in ways that are healthy, stabilizing and create freedom, not just in your movements, but in your whole being.
Most importantly, it’s fun!
Together online we’ll get sparked by creativity and surprises. This is the time where we’ll get invited to play, creating space in our own lives with new waves. Use these classes to embody yourself, connect to your truth and joy, while getting sparked by new ways to play and expand in your own world.
Every 60 Minute Multi-Movement Practice session will be different. No experience needed. Come as you are. No mat? No worries.
You’ll receive a “what you need” beforehand in terms of props. You might need a chair, table, bench, books or a block, sometimes socks, a towel, or a pillow. Nothing fancy, nothing you won’t already have. Use a blanket or just the floor. Make your stay at home space the best place for you to play.

In the middle of all of this play and especially at the end, we’ll have space to drop inwards. You will be guided to find some silence and feel your own sparking and inner magic.
Occurring once a week, this 60 Minute Multi-Movement Practice will be time to make space for you.
Class times will vary, to accommodate multiple time zones. Join participants from all across the globe, during the live Zoom class. Or catch the recording afterwards, to participate at your convenience, to play at any time that works best for you.
